Victory Oghenovo is a seasoned Project Manager with over a decade of experience leading teams and bringing ideas to life. She is the Founder of The PM Tribe, Africa's fastest-growing hub for project management education, where she has trained over 2,000 professionals.
Through WomenpreneurNG, she has equipped more than 1,000 young women with digital skills and access to job opportunities, and with Martvest Africa, she provides women entrepreneurs in underserved communities with funding and market access.
A U.S. Exchange Alumni who has collaborated with global institutions like Forbes, the British Council, and the U.S. Mission in Nigeria, Victory is driven by one mission—to build people who build things and shape Africa's future through excellence and execution.
